Welcome to School for Embodied Healers: a place for you to become who you are truly meant to be.

To heal is to become whole. To welcome home the lost parts of you who have been exiled in shame and fear. To learn to love yourself in that wholeness; both shadow and light.

To be a Healer doesn’t mean to fix, or to save. It means holding space for others to come back into their own wholeness. A Healer walks beside, not in front. An ally and a companion on the journey of weaving the soul back into the body. A sacred mirror that reminds others of their own power, beauty, and potential.

Who we are

Founded by Reiki Master Teacher & Isis Priestess, Joanna Tolley, School for Embodied Healers has been born from almost a decade of her experience in the field of somatics, mysticism, and energetics. Through teaching and mentoring Reiki practitioners for many years, Joanna has gained a deep understanding of what students really need in order to embody their practise, serve their communities, and create thriving spiritual businesses. This deeply embodied wisdom underpins everything we do at SEH.

SEH offers a diverse space which invites you to not only learn Reiki techniques, but to uncover and express the unique medicine of your soul. A space which encourages deep exploration of your own shadows and gifts so that you can embody and weave your distinct thread in the tapestry of life.

Our Teachers live and breathe this work. Each one has travelled the traditional initiatory path of Reiki - from beginner to Master - and been awakened to their true potential and unique medicine. Their practises and business reflect a rich diversity of embodied expression - from Art, to Tea, to Sound, to Cacao - all woven with healing and devotion. They have journeyed with Joanna through apprenticeship-style mentorship; ensuring the integrity and quality of their Reiki teaching.

When we gather, learn, and exchange in community, we pave the way to a new world for ourselves and future generations.

is SEH a Reiki school?

We are a Reiki School, but not as you know it.

We hold a deep reverence for the lineage and tradition of Reiki, AND we recognise that your soul contains unique gifts and medicine that are needed on this planet. The world doesn’t need just another Reiki practitioner - it needs YOU to step into your full power and potential. To become a walking, talking, embodied expression of your soul’s inner wisdom.

"Reiki" means Universal Life Force; an infinite stream of energy from the seed of the cosmic womb which powers all life in our Universe. It contains the original blueprint of Creation, and therefore holds the ability to bring YOU - body, mind, and soul - back to your original blueprint. It reminds your energy body of it's natural and perfect balance; resulting in improved health, balanced mental wellbeing, and true Soul alignment.

The Reiki system most frequently taught today - which forms the foundation of what we teach at SEH - was developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the 1920s, but channeling universal life force for healing is ubiquitous across all cultures and traditions on Earth. That means that whatever your ancestry, when you start to channel Reiki, there is a cellular remembering and awakening that occurs: a reclamation of the wisdom and magic in your bones. A rekindling of what it means to be a whole and sovereign human being - a bridge between heaven and Earth.

At SEH we use Reiki as:

A modality in it’s own right: for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing (including past life and ancestral work)

A gateway to your unique Soul Gifts & Medicine

A foundation for you to understand energy

A path to reclaiming your sovereignty and taking responsibility for your own healing

A framework for you to learn how to safely and effectively facilitate healing sessions

A tool to protect your own energy and the energy of your business

A methodology to use when limiting beliefs or nervous system capacity are getting in the way of you sharing your medicine with the world

why join the seh Community?

When you enrol in any training with SEH* you are welcomed into our online community of like-minded humans on the path. This is a space where you are free to shed the masks and show up exactly as you are. Inside, you have access to your teachers and mentors for questions and guidance, as well as your peers for discussions and collaborations. Each fortnight there is a free group healing led by one of our senior teachers, so that you can receive and recalibrate your energy in this busy world. Additional events and Q&As with our Founder, Joanna, pop up throughout the year. If you are in Sydney, there are also in-person events and Reiki share days that you can attend (expanding to other regions soon). It's common to feel as though you're alone on your healing journey, but with SEH you can find a place where you belong.

FREE EVENTS

Inside the SEH Community we hold FREE fortnightly live online healing events, pop-up Circles, and Q&As to offer you continued support and healing. In-person events, such as Reiki Share Days, are also offered in some locations.

Medicine Weaver

After graduating from Reiki Level II you will be invited to join our signature Medicine Weaver program which is designed to help you grow your healing business, and deepen your embodiment, so that you can live a Soul aligned life of service and abundance.
